ok, lets get THAT entry the hell and gone. fuuuuuck.

This is a strange catch22 I am finding myself in. I know all the tricks to feeling better, go to the gym, go for a brisk walk, do something creative etc etc etc, and eventually those things will break me out of this slump. Thing is, when you are in the midst of the slump, you can't seem to find the inspiration to do any of the above.

I could feel this coming on on Sunday, I wrote about it in my handwritten journal.

"uh oh, here comes the not caring. Ok shaun, remember what to do here, in other times when you don't feel this way you can clearly see the path out of shit like this. Don't fall into it, go for a bike ride or something.
I don't want to though. I don't want to and I don't care that I don't want to."

It's really quite interesting to watch from an observer point of view. I think there has to be some brain chemistry thing happening here along side all of this. It's not just the life events, something here is out of whack.

I know this particular model isn't exactly cowboy, but fuck, I really want this ax.
