FRI - got a new tattoo on my left quad
- nice tribal
-4hr worth of ink laying

- I am so happy
- plan to get the same design on the right leg
- a full back piece will be done if ever I get a

Something has to give. 4 days in a row with out running. I'm turning into a slob. maybe today I shall run vice drinking beer and sitting around getting nothing accomplished.
