finally went 10 laps without stopping(breast stroke).

Ever had one of those days where you get frustrated and then from then on every thing sends you into a mini-rage. No, maybe it is just me. I had one of those days today.

Well for a cure I am trying beer, pizza, and porn.

Will it work? Only time will tell.

I feel no guilt about not working out today.
