weekend workout update:

the workouts were hard....but I was harder... biggrin

Sat - 60 mile bike - indoor trainer b/c it was raining on and off all day long

Sun - 17 mile run - I ran the whole distance...I'm the shit

i don't mind them at all. rattfinkpink does all the maintence on them and i just play and pet them. if you have a craving for cats you can just come over and when you are done go home without any clean up.

i think a good suprise would be if you waited in a bush by his front door and when he came out, jump out and punch his face while screaming "good morning". that would suprise me if that happened when i left my house.
