Spanish is (as languages go) really easy. The verbs are extremely regular, the pronunciation is even more consistent than that. Simple rules, straightforward syllables... it is the language to beat!
My grandfather passed away this morning...so I will be going back home for the first time in about 4 years or so...Not the way I wanted to go back home...

70.43mile bike in 4hrs 32min 15sec
followed by
14mile run in 2hrs 14min 23sec
and I feel 10x better than after my 60/12 brick I did a few weeks back...
I think I was trying to eat too much on the bike...I cut back and feel so much better...
