This weekend we are doing a bowling fundraiser for a girl Ive known since elementary schools., daughter Chloe. She has a serious disease called Neurofibromatosis. (commonly abbreviated NF) is a genetically-inherited disease in which nerve tissue grows tumors (e.g. neurofibromas) that may be harmless or may cause serious damage by compressing nerves and other tissues. The disorder affects all neural crest cells (Schwann cells, melanocytes, endoneurial fibroblasts). Cellular elements from these cell types proliferate excessively throughout the body forming tumors and the melanocytes function abnormally resulting in disordered skin pigmentation.The tumors may cause bumps under the skin, colored spots, skeletal problems, pressure on spinal nerve roots, and other neurological problems.
She has to wear a leg brace and is undergoing major surgery and will be in a bodycast for many months. She just turned 4.

After shopping for me LOL we got my Mom a bracelet and the dvd Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and I got my Nanny a Swiffer and a corkboard for her new kitchen. We are having a big barbeque this weekend.

My friend works for them, she lost 140 pounds and has kept it off after 3 kids!!! Heres hoping!!!
