My Nanny and I share a love for old movies. Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Funny Face, Meet Me in St. Louis, etc. This week we will be watching Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, Overboard <with Shirley Temple> and Lover Come Back. I got a fabulouse big painting of Marilyn <and Ms. Hepburn> over my bed.
Another actress I really LOVE is Doris Day. Seriously, does anyone else share my fascination?
I remember asking my Nanny, when did people stop wearing gloves to church or out on the town, and hey what about hats? She couldnt remember LOL but I wear gloves so if you ever see me
you better have some too! Ive yet to find a hat that I can rock with my big melon head lol.
mmmmm bacon. I dont eat it but I loved it. My Nanny loooooooooooooooves it. She cooks with the grease, she uses freakin crisco. How did that generation live so long with such crazy diets?
lastly................my british born poppy danced while he was 16 and in The British Royal Navy, on his first date to...........................
