i got invited to the office girls night out for tomorrow. ack. i'm the girl you catch hanging out at the race track hoping for a ride along. i'm not a girls night out girl. i've never done it. do we sit in a pack and make catty comments or do we hope a cute guy sends us a drink? oh maybe we could just go to a strip club, that would be more fun 
OH i got to be a good citizen tonight! i was at a local pizza joint and there was a busload of kids who were with a water skiing camp. they all load and drive off and a few minutes later this poor kid walks out of the bathroom. he's probably 13 or so and he's trying to be brave. i asked if he wanted to use my phone but he didn't know the number. luckily my phone has internet access so we were able to look up the camps website and call the main office so they could call the bus back.

I'm still in a pain, and pain makes sleeping difficult, and I have at least 10 hours of driving to do Thursday. Ick. Walking hurts but so does using the pedals.
I'm planning to stay off until at least Tuesday though... longer if necessary but I don't want to stretch it out any more than necessary. Already have a vacation planned for late September, plus I've made purchases recently on credit... tsk tsk... need to pay that off.
