corruption within the systems I work with. I have actually taken a break from it this week to re-evaluate if where I am is where I am supposed to be. Had a pretty good "Dissecting Aortic Aneurysm" the other day. Thats when the Aorta(the big Artery in your chest and abdomen) gets a thin spot abd balloonns out because of blood pressure, then begins to tear as the lining wears thin. Theres a little medical factoid for ya. As far as the patients outcome, It looked pretty bleak 
but he was pretty stable and in good hands when we left the hospital.
