Didn't feel well today. Something yucky and sinus-related go to me (allergies? something cold-like?) last night and made me miserable. Took some Benadryl sinus-something and it helped, but I still felt congested and coughed all day long.

Took some NyQuil after I got home from work and slept for a few hours. Been up for about an hour or so, and now I'm going to do the same thing again.

I think I'm allergic to Southern California...
