Amen to the simple things being the most rewarding. On Sunday, Bean, Margot_Dent and I got some croissants and tea and had brunch at the beach in perfect weather and amused ourselves with seagulls and sand. It was a perfect day.

And no, haven't heard anything about the interview yet. Still hoping. There's another reason I wouldn't be able to easily get back into the "good stuff," even if my conscience could handle it... I'll tell you privately.

Heh... well, I do get to build servers. And work in coldfusion or php occasionally, but good lord I fucking hate it. One of these days I'll either dive back into the industry hardcore -- or get out completely. Right now I'm just kinda treading water.
