Looks like another local professional photographer is trying to capitalize on my on location senior portrait success. He's now offering senior portraits at the location of your choice, something i've done from the start. I can hold my own against his photography style even though he's been around longer, but he can kick my ass in the marketing department, as in more money!
I'm gonna have to whoop out all of my various guerilla marketing books including SUN TZU "the Art of War". This book was written 500 years before the birth of Christ, and was changed from military tactics to business tactics. As i learned before from this book is that you can always defeat a much larger, better equipped opponent, by using better tactics and catching the opponent at his weaker flanks.
I now have a goal in my business, that is too hold my own against this outstanding photographer with a larger marketing budget than me, and even to surpass him in senior portraits sales.
Besides without "Goliath"............. nobody would never have know "David"
