Today has been a roller coaster of emotions. I started taking Niacin to help with my depression. And i dont know if that has something to do with the roller coaster but i just cant seem to balance myself out. Every little thing is pissing me off. Take that and add the heat outside and i feel like a monster.
Besides all that craziness i feel so lost & alone. Nothing is going as planned and doesnt look to get back on schedule anytime soon. I dont know how much longer i can hold myself together before i lose it completely.
For some reason i keep spacing out today. Like ill be right in the middle of doing something and just stop. And when i realize that i have stopped i forgot what i was doing in the first place.
Am i losing my mind?????
