today is satuerday....i will clean my room, buy a father's day card and gift....umm what to get dad????i've gotten him books, out the wazooo, maybe a movie, maybe? he already has most of the one's he wants.
he doesn't need any tools, he has not the same sense of humor as i, this was made clear at christmas when i got the jon stewert book that was all the rave..he loves sentimental tacky crap. ...any thoughts?


i need to workout today to, i feel a bit blah!, maybe i have intestinal parasites...yes i bet thats it my only option is to go spend about 80$ in a fancy spa getting a colonic....but for real, my stomach has been at odds with me for a few days now, i've tried talking with it, reasoning, bargining, and all the other steps of grief and acceptance, but i guess theres just no neogeotiating with the fucker.

amy called yesterday, she's comming down today, oh. and i need to buy an ashtray, if i'm going to start smoking again then i'm gonna need one of those.

i'm gonna go for a run...

i still need to figure out what to do with the bag of ex's stuff thats by the door. i'm not bitter or mad so its not like i want to burn it or anything, ummmm maybe i could just drop it off outside his door or somthing.
