ughhh! i need to whip up some super hot-shit article on the genetics... but i feel yuckky, and would reather climb back into bed. i can't wait till this shitty winter is over. i feel so sleepy all the time and the caffine crash everyday is a little harsh on the system. it's pretty pathetic that my idea of a good afternoon activity is a nap.

it's a handy lil technique that i learned in study hall.
generally, i try to circumvent naps by not getting up before late afternoon.
if i get up in the morning (before 10am) i'm dead by noon, i could go back to sleep for another 8 hours or something.
