ahhh, the glory of gluttony,
too much food, too much drink, too much stuff, too much!
and i still have three weeks untill i have to motivate myself to do anything for school, .........I'm gonna go nuts, maybe i can hitch hike somewhere.
the yucky winter weather has made my face start chapping, now i remember exactly why i hate the cold so much, i can't sleep because the side of my nostrils are ichy and flaky. how many more months of this is there? it's like my whole body has dandruff....thats sexy.
the good new is my s.o. loooves me.i think i recived the most thoughtfull gifts anyone has ever given me from him. i got tickets to see dave sedaris preform. and lots of other great stuff. i'm very pleased with my new material happiness.
i was listening to ira glass yesterday, cause thats how cool i am, and he diagramed a senerio where the childs christmas becomes a metaphore for the family structure, something about how a holiday that is the essence of the American home has disapointment built into it. that made me think of the brilliance of roger yet again.. roger was my teacher when i lived in hawaii, superficially he tought psychology, but really he taught life lessons in the cruelest sense(?)
rodger says....
"we are conduits of shit"
"the greater the expectation the greater the disapointment"
" in a relationship, if you scheduel your anger and tantrums, that leaves more time for sex and forplay....so class is dismissed tonight so i can argue with my lover and then make spaghetti naked, go home."
but its the second thing that rodger taught me that really sticks out in the holiday season, what do you honestly expect from yourself and your environment during this time frame. i found that by having negitive and few expectations, i am pleasently surprised by the lack of firearms brandished at this years gatherings. all in all i will be glad to keep the drinks comming and ring in the new year.

just keep telling yrself that you have to make it to March, even though it's been known the snow in March, it still sounds better than April or...May or whenever the weather is good.
"we are conduits of shit" i have no idea what that means, but i agree!
I gave everyone the same gift this year, the gift of global warming! i put in 9 years of smoking for this, and damnit, noone thanked me.
i see how you people are............
