a nice day today, i went to the insitiute and realized there are people with far worse problems than my own, for this i am greatfull. i only stay for a few hours a day. so when i was done, i decied to do some nice thinges for myself. i went to the salon and then ran around and did fun stuff. i'm gonna take mr. man type to dinner to try to let him know that i appreaciate his born ability to cope with bipolar people. i whish there were other ways to let him know that i am thankfull.
