it did not go well, not just because i didn't have a good time playing catchup with him, but the rest of the "boys from the gang " were all there so when i wished that my lovely social guests' head would implode, the others misconstrued my untactfull comments as misguided bitchiness. i didn't think it was missguided. but last night was much better, me and my life partener, (drinking/movie buddy) gusseled down some beers and watched swingers, and made. it was a most lovely night.
