As crazy as this may seem to some of you who have seen some of my pics.... i would like to lose a little weight.. like five to ten pounds.. im gettin a lil pudgy. frown

I dont have the greatest self control whatever lol but, i am taking suplements and detox stuff to help and i was just wondering if you guys had any tips or anything about some crash diets or diets or lil cheats or something....? biggrin

Eat alot of small meals throughout the day. It keeps your metabolism up and your body doesn't feel the need to store food as fat if you have a constant intake. Avoid carbs after lunch time, but they are fine for breakfast and lunch.

Run 6 miles a day smile
