Its a cupcake!!!! with crossbones behind it with skull and crossbone spinkles with a cherry on top with a bite out of it! its in my breadbasket..... for those of you who dont know where that is... its where ur ribs meet under ur boobs kinda... it hurts so fuckin bad... either that or im just a puss!
