So good things do happen...
Turns out I made it to Agression, with no time to spare. Shortly after posting my previous journal, I was contacted by my lovely girlfriend saying that she would drive me halfway (Since London is pretty far from where we are I completely understood) Instead, she gave me a lift to the bus station where I hopped a bus and made it down to London. A little late after the start of Agression but managed to catch the Night One sets I wanted to: Shotgun Rules & The Black Maria.
Obviously this made my entire weekend.
Honestly, an absolutly AMAZING weekend. Saw some people I've missed very much since I've moved from London.
Onto Night 2 of Aggression: Showed up on time, however the lineup set me back from catching my friends of Broken Glass Wings. I managed to catch the last little bit of the set and still amazing. Now the bands I desperatly wanted to catch, Summerhero, Incredible band I caught once before and I was stoaked to see them again.I Highly recommend checking this guys out. After opening the set with an incredible Almighty Trigger Happy cover, it was straight on to one of the best sets of the night. Amazing Energy, Presence and Musicianship. Following that it was over to the mainstage for friends WOTB.
All in all, Kickass weekend. Even got to see Randie for about 10 minutes. Be Jealous, he has already pronounced his homosexual tendencies for me.
So a fucking kickass weekend which came very close to not happening. Thank you to everyone who came and said hi to me and put a huge smile on my face. Seriously, I havent felt that loved in a long time. I love you all and I will catch you next time.
