I know i've mentioned something like this before in a blog post but it really is stupid how societal "norms" looks down on a guy if you're into playing video games. The fact that it's frowned upon by society to play video games for a few hours but it's perfectly ok if you sit on your ass and watch football all day is fucking stupid. How does watching sports all day make you a better person then playing video games. Now you may be wondering where I'm coming up with all this but it's based on my experiences with online dating. I've had countless women shut down conversations because I'm 42 and play video games. Don't mind the fact that I'm independent, go to school, and work a few jobs. Sorry this has kind of turned into a bitching rant post but figured if anyone would understand it's this everyone on this site
