Man sucks to not be able to sleep....
Thought I had my sleep pattern sorted but I still cant sleep. Had difficulty the other night with sleep because of my ankle hurting after a run earlier that day... however, that was quickly fixed with a double dose of Tramadol... then today I had the comedown.... so nice to have a headache and leg pain together.
Any suggestions on how to sleep properly???
