Had an exciting friday night seeing Phantom of the Opera with liberacion. The movie made me feel like such a theatre geek again....It was quite sad. I also think Emmy Rossum is quite hot in that non-outfit she wore in the Phantom's lair. And I'd let the Phantom date rape me any day. RAWR. It also made me wanna pick up my power drill and build something. Heh.
Saw Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events, and that was quite gothically fantastic. I know some people won't give it a chance *cough* kaitee *cough* but it is very well done and has NOTHING THAT IS SIMILAR TO HARRY POTTER. It reminds me of Tim Burton, Richard Gorey, and Voltaire all in one sitting. I think people need to see it. Quite dark for being a "children's story." Which is why I like it.
So I have two movies in theatres that I am willing to see multiple times, and that's cool.
My knee is killing me, though, and I'm quite worried about that.
Btw, made an awesome neon green hat! Will be starting on Tommy's tomorrow methinks.
