as of this sunday, i serve you coffee and cookies at the barnes and noble cafe. i will work thirty five hours a week (plus whatever time I spend in the glass studio). i will make money and i will pay my pile of bills.
there was a tremendous thunder storm that ripped across our land for most of this morning. it shook me awake. when i wake abruptly in the night, the first thing i think is: "dont think about it". IT, of course being my two month old breakup. while it is often off of my waking mind, i am in some kind of psychic pain. i anticipate the day when i will wake up and think only of returning to sleep, or something else more worthy of my time and energy. it'll come soon enough.
