Not exactly a stellar first week of school....\

Woke up feeling like shit on Saturday morning, but couldn't stay in bed because I had a service project to run at Lewis Elementary. The project went well, except that none of the promised media showed, nor did any of the PSU Alumni, and the alumni are the ones who asked me to plan the project in the first place. Still, we accomplished all of our goals, and any time I'm able to help out folks in need, it's a success. Wanted to crawl back in bed after that, but I had promised to take my little brother to the PSU football game that night (he's not my real brother, I'm a Big with Big Brothers and Big Sisters). I can't stand to back out on a promise to a kid, so I perservered, but pretty much collapsed at the end of the night.

It's days later, and I'm still sick as fuck. Haven't been to class yet. My bosses at PSU somehow forgot to submit the necessary paperwork for my assistantship, so my tuition didn't get paid, and my student loans that cover rent, food and such also didn't come in. So, I'm sick as hell and my checking account is overdrawn.
