After a few days of having the place to myself again, I'm beginning to right myself. Cleaned the place top to bottom, erased all traces of the she-devil.
Went to Pacific City on Sunday and visited a great beach. Did some tidepooling, climbed a cliff and smoked a bowl at the top, struggled to the top of a huge sand dune, pretending to be Lawrence of Arabia all the while. Had a good omlette. Had some wicked rhubarb wine.
I played hookey from work today, because my bosses are both on vacation. Got to crack down tomorrow. Student orientation session materials to develop, marketing plan for the new Civic Leadership minor to create, data to gather and arrange for the GIS Community Partnership Map project. All sorts of random shit to keep me busy this summer....
