Had a rough night last nite. Normally lightning and thunderstorms are a welcome thing. I sleep so much more soundly when they are happening but last nite was brutal. I was awoken at 2 30AM by thunder cracking right above my room. Not once but about 4 times in a 12 minute span. Not to mention there was lightning arcing off so much and fast it was like a strobe light outside my window. And the thunder didnt sound right. Normally you get a low rumble or a loud crack but this was totally different. Ominous actually. Maybe Im being a little melodramatic. But it was crazy difficult to try and go back to sleep during the storm. And to make it even creepier (in my head) right in the middle of all the lightning, thunder, rain and wind the clouds parted prefectly for the full moon to show up all huge and bright. Very wierd....
