So my first game today was pretty interesting. With about 5 minutes left in the first period I was skating back on defence as a guy came in. I stepped up and poke checked the puck away. But wait the play didnt stop there. I was standing still about to head for the puck when the guy I just poke checked comes flyin into me and his face cage on his hockey helmet smashes into my face. Ouch. Luckily no cuts but I have a nice red mark on my face now. But it warms my heart to know that later as I was skating by the guy I ran into his face cage had a huge dent in it from my face. FEAR MY FACE FOR IT CAN DESTROY ALL!!!
