they've had to replace the sub harness to my fuel injection, i've had to replace the sparkplugs twice since november, and the second time the shop did it and said it needed a "defouling plug", a plug that runs a little hotter. i told them then that is sounded like it was a bandaid, and they couldn't tell me why the engine was fouling. 4000 miles later, it's doing it again. shuddering in reverse, chugging, eating gas...i've only had the car 10 months, and i'm heartbroken. the shop had never seen this problem before. and the cruisers and the neons have the same engine. so it's just bizarre.
what do you guys do with cars like the mustang? just scrap them?
