Had a small-scale shopping spree yesterday at Minotaur and JB Hi-Fi, and got my samosa, in the end. It didn't taste as good as it smelled, but it hit the spot all the same. So I got a pile of new comics from Min', some CDs and two DVDs from JB.

And I sorted out some stuff that needed urgent sorting-out.

Oh, and Mixing With Your Mind came in the mail! Yes! Stav's magical book of audio magic! love

I hope I get my toolkit soon...then I can build things. Oh, such things will I build. And if I build it, they will come...

i wanted a mark ryden that was $5500 last time i was there, and i had the money available at the time, ended up spending it on air con & security screens for the house, was also looking at a shag print for my mum for xmas, didnt spend the $750 but wish i did

how long you been doing sound for? my friend has a studio in his garage, i think he spent about $40k on it (including all the instruments/toys he's got)
