Recent realization: I think I use exclamation points too frequently when I type.
Okay, so whats been up? Well, Jon was out from the States for a month, so basically 30 days of a drunken haze (hey that rhymes..) and the past two weeks catching up on uni work.
Went out on Thursday night this week to catch Sunk Loto for the first time since Big Day Out 99. They kicked a bit of ass, and Full Scale were fuckin' cool (but the singer should really put his shirt on and not do hip gyrations). Got to talk to Luke from Sunk Loto for a little while after the show, but he seemed pretty drained and not into it, and I didn't want to bug him so ditched. Went out last night for Kristen's farewell (enjoy the UK, Special K!). We went out to Cooneys and saw Kid Kenobi. Well, most of them saw Kid Kenobi, I had to leave around 1 because of work this morning, but got a bit of grooving done.
I've ben sending out catch-up emails lately, 'cause I haven't spoken to annnnyyyyoooonnnneeee that I usually party with. Hopefully there'll be a few of them around at Transmission.
Watched Three Kings yesterday for my English class, and thought it was really fucking cool. Apparently it got panned by critics when it came out but I thought it was quite good. That shit with the valve in Mark Wahlberg's chest was creeping me out a bit.
