dislike it all you want, dissect it however you want. you asked why people like it, i told you why i did. it's an incredibly heavy piece of artistry in many, many ways. if you can let yourself go to the suspension of disbelief long enough to enjoy it, then right on. if not, then it's not for you. i (and many others) thought it was wonderful.
