@jaws318 thank you for the input I have decided to go ahead with it. I wash my hands enough so I think I should be good. Miami has a lot of bars and different types of looks they are wanting. 5 years is a long time. Transferable skills are always a plus in life.

@sapphiredoll my main concern is being a barback or a waiter even for 6, 9, maybe even one year. That's rough. You don't learn how to measure or drinks or anything. So it makes sense that at least if I am put in that position which I probably will be. I can move up faster. I learned this from my internship . It's like denzel says in training day. It's not what you know, It's what you can prove. I have to prove to a bar manager that I can do the gig. Thank you for the input!! everyone
