sometimes... you can cry until there is nothing wet in you. you can scream and curse to where your throat rebels and ruptures. you can pray, all you want, to whatever god you think will listen. and, still it makes no difference. it goes on, with no sign as to when it might release you. and you that if it ever did relent, it would...

a boat beneath a sunny sky
lingering onward dreamily
in an evening in july

children three that nestle near
eager eye and willing ear
pleased a simple tale to hear

long has paled that sunny sky
echos fade and memories die
autumn frosts have slain july

children yet the tale to hear
eager eye and willing ear
lovingly, shall nestle near

still she haunts me,...

one of my favorites, though still holds no candle to "The Hunting of the Snark"... different themes though.

and who would have ever believed the man was a stunning mathematician and a leading scholar in the field of Logic....

im pretty much an emotionally locked-down person. there really arent many people iv ever met who i would choose to spend time with over doing something alone. i just have a really negative outlook on others, as most people iv met are obnoxious, greedy, selfish, self righteous, vain, ect. iv been like this for years, and after a while you start to get used to...

Dear Die-ary
The passions that drive us should be the ones we respect and admire. To feel contempt for one's own motivations is a vulgar thing. Too often, it seems, I've succumbed to less than admirable compulsions, driven by this furiously reprehensible machine of mine. So many things inside that I can do without, urges and desires and whatnot, so extreneous.

Look, I thoroughly apologize for referring to just Brian Warner in my excitement to see him. I know the whole band's name is Marilyn Manson. I'm sorry to have made the mistake, but the truth is, I cannot wait to see the man himself. Hence, the reason why I referred one man, rather than the entire band. Of course it's the band members that make the music, but it's the singer that I'm obsessed with.

I'm glad they'll be coming to your town too. biggrin

I could never live in Chicago. I hate wind. Watching the leaves in all their colorful glory swirl around before they take their resting place on the ground is beautiful. Seasons in transition, as you say: tranquil. I think you described it perfectly.

I'm not sure if I should remove my septum piercing for the second time to get it re-done. I'll let it heal completely first.
