my search for fluorescent tattoos:
- i find a place that doesnt have the ink, but has it on order and will have it in 2-3 weeks
- 3 weeks later i ask if they have it yet. they say no, but they can order it and have it in 2-3 days. i get booked to get tattood the next week.
- i go back expecting to get tattood, but they forgot to order the ink. they say theyll have it thursday or friday.
- friday (today) i call and ask if its in yet. they say end of next week.
and this is the only place that will work with blacklight ink in all the gta.
