i just got off the phone with 911 cause there was a car wreck right in front of my house/office.

it was loud.

everytime i hear the screeching of tires i listen for a collision. this time it happened.

two airbags deployed, nice yuppie guy in minivan uninjured and very polite.

pretty girl in inexpensive dodge sports car visibly shaken, limping. looked a lot like SG debrajean, could have been, but i doubt it. out of context, who knows... she took the blame. car face first into the streetlight. car insurance: yes. health insurance: no. (thanks USA, for your ass backwards way of spending money on death instead of life)

there's a huge crowd gathering. i've gone back inside. the injured don't need a thousand eyes on them. i thought about taking a picture for one brief voyeuristic moment. i'm glad it passed. who needs that kind of memory? it looked very surreal.

the ambulance was here within seconds of my hang-up. almost immediately.
good thing i live in hollywood.

cause anywhere else around L.A. it's:
"get up - get get get down. late 9-1-1 wears the late crown"

in compton the bleeding would still be waiting.

i hate to see pretty girls get hurt.

"they all drive killer cars"
