I haven't bothered to update in a week because 1. I haven't been on the computer that much, and 2. nothing has really changed since my last entry....
Another weekend alone with Roa, the one-eared battle scarred cat....
Some good developments though-- looks like I'm going to be starting a band with SpaceInvader (don't look for him, he was zotted), We've been talking about doing 'Land of Rape and Honey'-era Ministry stuff just for fun...some old-school industrial could be good for a laugh...and the world needs it's music dominated by Columbia College faculty and staff...
Also, yesterday I put in my order for a new computer--the dual 2.5 GHz Mac G5 with 2 gigs of RAM and a GeForce 6800 Ultra....I'm in geek heaven.
Going to give my current computer to Lisa (see pics), since she could really use one...so happy that I get to see her this week. If my 2 weeks of near-complete social isolation has to come to an end, I'm glad it's to be with her...thinking about that is getting me through my work days... luckily, there's less than a month of registration left but after that the students return, so my quiet little computer lab will be overrun once more....i already miss the lazy summer days in here, but I'm hoping there will be some cool kids this year...We'll see...

Update: just met cl0ckworkorange outside while taking a smoke break...seems like there'll be cool people after all...
