They're a Canadian Alt-rock band from Victoria consisting of singer Adam Kittredge, guitarist Piers Henwood, bassist Jocelyn Greenwood, vocalist Antonia Freybe-Smith joined, and drummer Luke Renshaw. The bands first release was 2003s self-titled EP, Jets Overhead, which charted #42 on the CMJ music charts in the United States.
They've released 2 Studio albums; Bridges (2006) and No Nations (2009). 2 EPs; Jets Overhead (2003) and the recently released Bystander (2011) and 2 Compilation albums; Lost Melodies: A Collection of Rarities, Demos, and Remixes (2007) and Live At Sasquatch Festival 2010 (2010)
They've played Jets Overhead at the Coachella Festival, Bonnaroo Music Festival, Sasquatch! Music Festival, Expo 2010 Shanghai, South by Southwest, CMJ Music Marathon, Rifflandia, North by Northeast, the 2010 Winter Olympics, and the Bridge School Benefit with Neil Young! They've played with Broken Social Scene, Sam Roberts, Tegan and Sara, and 54-40.
They are awesome people, I've known Adam for years and he's the nicest guy and I'm so grateful he's helping me out!
