Had an amazing weekend!

Two of my friends, martin and Tracy, got married on Saturday. Normally i don't enjoy weddings, but i was best man at this one so was a lot more involved than i normally am. On the friday night a group of us including me, martin, dave (martins brother), andrew and some of martin and tracy's family went out in Ross for a few drinks.
It was supposed to be a quiet night out, just a couple of pints and then back for an early night so we'd be ready for the big day. But we ended up getting wasted and staggering back in the early hours of the morning.

None of us felt too good when we woke up the next morning. But after a big, and very enjoyable, fried breakfast at a nearby truck stop we all felt fine and were ready for the big day. We got suited and booted and headed to the church in the beautiful sunshine. They really couldn't have asked for better weather for the whole day. The service was great and went off without a hitch. Afterwards we went to a local hotel for the reception. The food was incredible, the speeches went well, even mine! (even though i'd only written it the day before!) The evening do was great fun and everyone had a great time!

It was one of the best weddings i've been to.
