Today i went kayaking with some friends.
After our great time canoeing last week we thought we'd try our hands at kayaking. It didn't go well! when we got into the water we spent most of our time going round i circles because the kayaks were so hard to manoeuvre. Then i rolled the kayak and couldn't get my legs out. So there i was desperately trying to keep my head out of the water while getting my legs out of the bloody kayak! It wasn't fun! Then the same thing happened to one of my other friends. We spent the next hour in the river, fighting the current, the reeds and mud (and nearly loosing my shoes) trying to get out. It would have been funny to watch if it wasn't us!
So we gave up on the kayaking and went to the pub! It was a nice afternoon.
