Well our visit went really well on Friday! The big boss that visited really liked what we'd done in the store and the general atmosphere. and he liked that all the staff were dressed up, including me!



I'm now almost completely ready for Christmas, i just have to wrap my mums presents today and I'm done. I'm really looking forward to Christmas day (and not just because of the pressies! ). We're having a load of the family over and mums cooking dinner. or she would be if she hadn't broken her arm doing the twist on Thursday night! So dad is going to be doing most of the cooking. I'm sure it'll turn out ok cos, as he keeps telling us, he got his badge for cooking in the scouts. so I'm almost positive that everything will turn out ok. possibly. maybe. hopefully.

I really can't believe that this year is nearly over. Looking back, it's not really been that bad a year for me. I've had a good holiday. had a lot of good times with my friends. nothing bad has happened to my family (apart from mums broken arm). There was a little bit of romance, admittedly it was with a girl who messed me around something chronic, but some romance is better than no romance. The only major bad point was the death of the kid from my year at school that I'd known since we were about 4. that really knocked me for six, but it doesn't do to dwell on these things too long...

Looking to next year I'm going to try and be more positive, loose some weight (being 18 and a half stone is not good!) and find love (same as every year then!)
