the food in mexico was very interesting. not much of a selection at the restaurants, and the food at the markets was pretty iffy. ate a roasted grasshopper.
the ruins were amazing. climbed the temple of the moon. saw the original painting of the virgin mary. went to one of the mountain top ruined cities. the view was breath taking. went swimming in the ocean. the water was so warm. had little kids bring me drinks. went snorkeling.
it was a very fun trip. i'd love to go back to visit. would want to live there though.

Oh come here roasted grasshopper. Yum you taste like chicken but crunchy. Grasshopper huh? How was it? Sounds like an amazing trip!!!

the grasshopper was... crunchy, salty, spicy, and very strange. i got a leg and a wing caught in my teeth.
