Didn't mention a single thing about my Holiday in Vegas in my last post.

It's 8 years since I was last in the USA, and that time I was in Vegas for only a couple of days.

BLOODY HELL it's grown! There was no Bellagio, Venitian, Paris, Mandalay Bay or Wynn the last ime I was there.

Did the usual holiday stuff, too much to eat and drink, took in a few shows, including the remarkable Penn & Teller.

Did the Star Trek thing at the Hilton, which was fun.

Grand Canyon, by helicopter this time, which was much better than the light aircraft I went on last time.

And what else? Well spent an inordianant amount of time just gawping at the free stuff that the Strip casinos put on to draw you in.

And of course taking along Dad was the best thing. The furthest he'd ever been from the UK before was Tenerife and given the Shitty year he's had healthwise well if this was his last holiday ever then (not that he's that ill!) I don't think he'd be upset.

He's become a Holiday bore and has already started to drop hints about going again!

Well that would be nice but I'll be struggling to afford it!
