I'm just goofing around with this to see how it works. Beats putting contact paper down on the shelves.

It is an interesting question that you pose in reguards to tatoos. My thinking is id the prople doing the burial dont know than it shouldnt be an issue, than also i wonder about all the cancer victims who have been tatod for radiation purposes? there are millions of them too, i am guessing at least 2 or 3 were Jewish and got buried in jewish plots.
Probably depends on who is deciding the burial plans. I could see the old school orthodox types being seriously peterbed at the tatooing of ones flesh. but some of the more progressive types accepting a daughter of issac or abraham in good stead reguardless of decisions in life.
I dunno tho, my advise would be to ask someone more modern in their interpritation of the torah and the laws of the hebrew god.
Course i probably am wrong on alot of that, im just some punk ass upstart catholic kid who fell for some guy claiming to be the messiah.

As to enjoying the mundane. In simple things i can find alot of peace. The whole Zen concepts of simplicity do speak to me in many ways. However contact paper was never one of my favorite things. used to play with it alot when i was a kid and my mom had some basic chore for me, decorating with it. Like for instance I realy enjoy doing dishes, the basic labour of cooking, and cleaning up after.

Anyways, I have always thought hebrew script to look very fascenating. A tatoo like that would be cool, its personal meaning i think is just even cooler.

Hey i talked with a DR who i work with. He is jewish, and asked him about the whole burial thingy. It was as i kinda guessed. the only people he felt would be in some kind of quandry would be the old school hardline orthodox types. and there arent many of them around.

So as far as getting ink, i would say go for it.
