My favorite book was "The Farthest Away Mountain". This village girl wanted to travel up to the top of the mystical mountain that was covered with different colored snow. Each color caused something to happen like purple was poison ect the witch was holding a prince captive and she rescues him. This book is for kids around age 10. I still have a copy of it and I love it so much.

Snowed in once in a bar in Baltimore. We invented a shooter called "Yellow Snow" 1/2 Galliano 1/2 Peppermint Schnapps, shaken with ice and drained. Yeah, first one tasted as awful as what I'd imagine getting pushed face down in a snowdrift decorated with the "real deal" - but after a few, not so bad haha!
