Good points. I went to it when it was held in NYC, but I think it's basically the same format only bigger. There were some fun workshops and demonstrations, but you're right, it's more of an industry scene (like a comics convention) than a play scene.

Why didn't they do TES Fest this year? It was replaced with some "marathon" thing.
