The Hellcat Girls, in collaboration with the Bawdy Girls, present the second in a monthly series of themed and interactive Burlesque - Zombie Prom! It will be a cavalcade of non-stop burlesque and evil villains all night long.
Featured performer Candy Mayhem teases and taunts your mind (brainsbrainsbrains) while Hellcats Kiki Berlin, D'Arcy Deluxe (me!), and Violet Sweet dance go-go all night long. Little Darling reminds you why she was crowned "Burlesque Goddess of May". Special guests Skelator, Lucky the Painproof Man, and Mr. Deadguy will wow the audience all night long with their evil powers.
The festivities will offer an open-stage venue where aspiring vaudevillians of all kinds will have free stage time to showcase what talent they have to offer, B-movie video projections, drink specials provided by Pabst Blue Ribbon, and the return of "The Next Goddess of Burlesque" competition. Attendees are encouraged to dress in evil attire and will be offered reduced admission if in costume. Zombie make-up artist Kristin will be applying ghoulish faces to anyone interested all night long.
Zombie Prom will take place on Thursday June 22, 2006 from 8pm-2am at Whiskey Dix Saloon (421 North 7th St., Philadelphia, PA). Tickets are $10/ $5 on the guest list (guestlist@bawdygirl.com), and a killer Pabst Blue Ribbon drink special of $5 PBR & shot of Jim Beam.
