Why do some people have to be a jerk about everything?
I went bowling for the first time in year this afternoon and did do too well the first game. Some guy in his thirties that was using the lane next to ours started talking smack about how he and his gf were doing better than me. Every time I went to throw the ball he'd go "GUTTER BALL". My friends and i were getting pissed pretty quick. The first game I only bowled a 64 he bowled like an 80.
The second game I shut em up pretty good. I found a heavier ball, I find them easier to control. On the first throw he goes "GUTTER BALL" and I got a strike. It was the only strike i got, but I bowled a 115 while thirty-and-creepy bowled a 70. He left looking pretty upset. I guess being shown up by 19 year old girl didn't make him feel like a man.
I just don't understand why some people want to ruin others good time. I was perfectly happy throwing balls right into the gutter, until this guy had to be a jerk.
