I’m making small changes maybe and keeping things going in the direction that management want to see, yet I don’t feel like I’m doing much beyond that. Which honestly my mentor says it’s a bad thing at this time of year. I’m trying to tell myself it’s just my own doubts rearing their head again. I guess I’ll find out how I’m doing at the next managers meeting and see what might be expected from me up till Christmas.
I’m going to just keep things on track and doing tasks following the day schedule and try to keep wastage down as low as I can. The trick to that is keeping on top of mince pies. It’s not uncommon to get stuck with a lot of them with a short code this time of year.
